anyways, last week on saturday i had a little adventure after tap class. i don't think that some of you would believe what i had to endure that day. i went to hartamas with just barely enough money to get there.. was supposed to meet up with a group of friends afterward and so planned to withdraw some dosh from the atm after class in order to top up and also to be able to get my cute little derriere to one utama. however, adter tap i walked all the way to maybank only to find that the ATM's were all down. i worried not knowing what to do. so, i walked all the way back to dancesteps and called farhaan. he then told me that there was a bank bumi right across from where i was- how oblivious could i have possibly been at the time?! moving on, i made my way aaaaall the way back there and to my dismay of course the ATM there too wasn't up and running. so i had to walk back in the blistering heat and also in my high heels to dancesteps and call farhaan. the poor dear had to come pick me up and take me back home.. *sigh* what would i do without him?!
but what makes this all bad is that right before he called to tell me that he was already downstairs, jolene decided to hand me 53 bucks! talk about being too late the hero..
but all else is well.. update on farhaan: everything between us is still great. still in love and still nutty.just now while he was driving me home we were talking about our 'courting days' and unanimously declared that he was a true blue fledgling when we first got together. he's just too cute.
on thursday, raya, indhuja, jenn and i went to mon't kiara for our pr assignment. we girls managed to kill two birds with one stone and had fun while being able to get some work done. raya and i had a scrumptious lunch at bayou- being reminded of it now i actually feel envious of myself! we then bought ice cream and wolfed it down during pr. all green eyes on us of course!

other than that, the week was all right. had two quizes. one on wednesday and another on thursday. i don't know how the one on wednesday went as i am still awaiting the results but i didn't do so badly for the little troll's quiz. got 3.5 which is quite surprisingl considering i didn't even glance at my notes prior to being tested. i like that lecturer and enjoy her subject even though she's perpetually anal as i have definitely mentioned before. also managed to get a lot of work done. especially just now. i'm very proud of the work i did for idtp but of course my lecturer being as she is is a seagull lecturer. she just flies in making lots of noise, takes a crap on everything and then leaves. it's times like that that i actually don't feel like putting my all into my work- but i can't afford to do so. it's gpa suicide if i do. had some trouble getting work done today but all turned out fine. finished my advert and my column. i refuse to let myself be a carrion to the vultures.
oh yes, everybody meet khairul.. or abang khai. at least that's what i should call him. too bad i don't have a picture of astro and chris to post up for you all to meet them too. they're a group of new found friends and i'm becomin quite fond of them. they're fun in their own way.

this just in. according to reader's digest the kiwi fruit is a modified version of the chinese gooseberry or actinidia chinesis, native to southeastern china. the fruit was altered for size and taste in the 20th century in NZ by fruit growers there. seeing that its brown, furry skin resembled the body of the flightless kiwi bird, it was then that a new name was adopted for the 'new' fruit.
i don't know why i care so much really but i can't help it. i found it so interesting. i always thought of the kiwi as an awkward furry fruit.
