this cat's name is filipinas and i got her on sunday. she's really cute! her face is more on the roundish side. and her fur's grey with black stripes. or maybe even black with grey stripes. i dunno. a girl as well-obviously. she's a stray. aunty kathy found her limping along the ttdi highway and so i adopted her. at first, i really did not want to bear the responsibility of having another cat- especially since iman would hate having another cat around. but all is good. they're getting used to each other and they keep chasing each other around the house like crazy!
enough about the cats. had jazz on monday and it was my first 'real' class. had fun but then of course my whole body ached the next day. also, the day before i pulled a muscle under my right thigh so i had some trouble while stretching. but it's fine now.

the next day, a crew from mitv went to dancesteps and so shirena had some of us go there to dance for her. took some pictures but have yet to get them. the crew was supposed to be shooting a new programme called rentak tari (dance beat) which is due to start airing somewhere near raya.
that day, the only two people that were missing were durrah and emilyn. durrah said that she had to go for ballet elsewhere and emilyn... she did come. but late. it was too bad though considering that she's such a good dancer.

and on wednesday, my cousin finally came down from the states and her parents came down from manila. we went shopping the whole of wednesday and thursday (which would explain the moths in my purse). and today, i spent the entire day with squishy. i haven't really gotten to spend time with him this week so we had loads of fun just now. we watched mr. and mrs. smith at the cineplex in front of my house. yes, you got that right. there's a 10-screen cineplex in front of my condo. well, i absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVED the movie. it was excellent.

got home cooked dinner for him (creamy beef and mushroom penne. yum!) and when he left, cleaned up after the two cats who i must say are currently driving me up the wall. but i'm also quite elated since they are getting along better than i expected. a few hisses from iman's side but only when filipinas annoys her. again, enough about the cats.
well, that was my week in a nutshell. i've been having fun during the holidays. nothing to complain about.

on thursday, raya called and told me that the concert vcd was out but since the video people didn't do a good job, it won't be released. *irk* i DO NOT want to see especially HEAR the tap!
speaking of which, i have a very long dance-filled weekend ahead of me. i have a back-to-back tap class tomorrow and on sunday is ann's choreography workshop. ate kate was supposed to bring my new bloch dancesneakers but she gave them to ryan and i won't be getting them till the end of the month. aaargh! i was REALLY looking forward to using them for ann's class. and on monday; i again have jazz. am actually very hyped up since i've never done anything like this before i.e. i've never danced so much before. so here's something to look forward to!

was talking to abu and he told me of someone who complained about his blog, on his blog! not to say that the anon person is not entitled to his/her/? own opinion. however, she complained of his vanity! when i heard this, i was totally flabbergasted because, frankly, it's HIS blog! i can be very narcissistic on my blog but my blog is about my life and my views. so of course i am going to talk about me. why on earth else would i have a blog? *sigh* i'll stop with my cantankerous behaviour. i keep this site for happy times. i'll let my pen and mind wander along my twisted mind and encrypt my sick self elsewhere.
