these past few weeks have been really hectic since we have to terminate our projects already.. well, ours officially terminated as of today and i actually can't wait till the mock cheque ceremony is over and we can all just finally.. rest.
last week, i did some major shopping. well, sort of anyways. sharon finally got me my long-awaited GUESS? bag which i'm really excited about. it's orange and purple and studded with diamante and metal studs. i love things that sparkle!
there's this transluscent bag from loop that i really like but then the first thing that shaun asked me was, "are you going to the beach?" wardah didn't say anything and so sharon was the only person with enough guts to actually tell me that she tought the bag was the most horrendous thing on earth. only after that did everyone agree with her. oh well. i still got a bag anyways; also from loop and i really love it! it's a blue hobo bag and the strap's very hippie-ish cum bohemian.
other than just manic dosh splurging to release my tentions, sharon, wardah and shaun were able to lift my otherwise extremely crappy mood on sunday. doulat joined us later on and with him included we all just had a blast and a good time laughing. i, of course ate like a pig the entire 2 and a half joke session we had at chinoz. other than just eating my own meal, i ate sharon's and wardah's leftovers as well as shared a carbonara with doulat.
as usual doulat was telling us of his crazy antics at zouk which left us in stitches. nothing that i think i should write in here though.
but the best episode of that day was what happened after wardah left! (shaun left earlier on). when it was time for wardah to leave, sharon, mukesh and i decided to stay longer and as we entered klcc we saw a swarm of people crowded around this tiny area. the three of us were wondering what the hell was going on and then sharon saw this old guy and went, "oh look! it's mahathir!" and obviously mukesh and i got all excited and wanted to get a closer look. turns that she was right! later on, as we were walking around looking for what we could buy for abu as a belated bday gift, sharon tells us what transpired during a texting conversation with the biadapbee wardah herself...
wardah: hey.. i just got home and you guys were right no jam la..
sharon:oh guess what! we just saw mahathir or however you spell his name. i dunno how you spell it.
wardah: mahathir?1 oh you mean katrin's brother from high school? oh ok!
sharon: no you dumb shit! the ex prime minister! hahaha!

well, for once sharon shows us an inkling of sheer jitness.. hahaha...
other than that, there hasn't really been much happening. it was liyana's birthday the other day so happy birthday girl!!!

i've been arriving at college early and so the first person i see (whom i know) is ben. and so lately, i've been bullying ben into entertaining me with lame card tricks or his funny socks. and into playing two people tai ti with me till there'll actually be other people to join us. but it turns out that they can't because the very clever ben spilt chinese tea on them!
watched the longest yard on saturday to supposrt our fellow sem mates. it was the funniest movie ever1 everyone had such a blast in the cinema! great job guys!

yesterday, ben asked me why squishy wears white all the time. or at least, every single time that ben has seen him he's been in nothing but white. he even exclaimed, "maybe he thinks oh my god ben is coming! i gotta wear white!" haha.. cute cute. ben's so weird but he's such a ball to have around. especially during our ultra-boring AW lectures where the entire last two rows at the back end up playing tai ti and asking ben for lame jokes or to show us his socks again.
well, that's it for now.. still very busy. have to figure out how to tabulate the results for the evaluation
