it's just a few more weeks till it's christmas! mine and lily's office (weber shandwick) is even going to have a Christmas party on Friday! cool huh?! i'm so excited right now! and by the way, happy birthday to all my DEC 3 friends - shaun, gelo and JP.
but before sharon and my alexis adventure began, shaun had insisted on surprising sharon for a while when we were at alexis. i wasn't sure at first about whether or not to let him come but he did. i was scared that sharon would get all peeved at me cuz she was peeved at him.
ok so anyways, sharon and i had a great time at alexis, great eastern mall, and we actually intend on having another girl's night out next friday! so what started out as a really good day for me, that progressed into one of the most crappy days of my life ended on a really good note (pun intended). we had a yummy dinner which was followed by the yummier (?)(can't think of anything) music of Steve White and Roger Wang of Double Take.

we didn't take pix on the recent night. No camera :( i should have just used mine
what was on the menu was tres magnifique! i had an uber-delicious meal of angel hair pasta with aussie yabbies. in case you guys don't know, a yabbie is a prawn-like thing which to me is still a prawn and by putting 'prawn' on the menu, it would have been so much easier to fathom. my jitty friend however, decided to stick with whatever's safe and had bolognese. we then had pavlova followed by our usual round of pate along with our bitch drinks.
last night, sharon, squishy and i were supposed to go to shaun's house for his birthday. but then, sharon 'texted in sick' and squishy only arrived at 11.30. i gotta admit i wasn't too happy but by then i was so tired as well. and it wasn't such a huge loss because farhaan and i got to spend some time together (something we greatly lacking in)since for-like-ever. there you have it yayang. my bimboticness.
in a way i should have shown my mom and dad some support by watching them at NoBlackTie. but oh well... there's always nest time. and i just have to add that last night before mom left the house, she looked great! i loved what she had donned on and she didn't overdo the accesories. what's best is that she actually showed some skin! yay finally!

mommy dearest & i
well speaking of mommy, we were having a nice chat over some Christmas peppermint latte (i had the white chocolate one which tasted like christmas was living in your mouth). and we were just talking about my future and what i want to do for the rest of my life. one day i'll blog about what my plans are. for now, pretty much no one knows with the exception of a few.
i learned something new. you can tell a lot about a person by how they handle these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.
i'm gonna go do my hair now
