i'm so happy and psyched right now... last night, my mom and i stayed up pretty late so that we could put the tree up. as always, iman started treating the decor as if they were punching bags and illy just freaked at the sight of everything. especially one of our Christmas stockings that make noise. it's got these two mice on it and when you squish em, they go, "we wish you a merry Christmas! we wish you a merry Christmas! we wish you a merry Christmas! and a happy new year!!!" i wish i had a video of her doing those somersaults! it would have been simply hilarious!
anyways, as usual i didn't really do anything this weekend but yesterday i did have a nice sex-and-the-city-ish day with the jitters. we went to alexis in great eastern mall and just bitched and talked and laughed while having cocktail after cocktail and bitch drink after bitch drink. we ate a hella lot too! it was such an "inspiring idea" as sharon puts it to go there.. cuz that way we get to just chill comfortably and in style. haha. ok that was crap. we were just really cozy. here's the menu...
but over all we had a great time! we got the order of our food mixed up but we'll get it right the next time. next time being friday night. we both agreed to have a nice girly night out. we're gonna watch the band, have dinner and continue bitching! and no boys. mukesh included! hahaha... speaking of mukesh, he has a surprise for farhaan. can't tell you all what it is though. cuz if i do then farhaan will read it and it'll break doulat's "little ayoyo heart"! so i'll fill you all in on that one next time.
right now am in the office and i even brought a little Christmas tree for my desk! it's so cute! sharon bought me candy canes yesterday! they're green apple with hand-decorated jellies! the jellies are shaped like the fairly odd parents. those of you who don't know who they are just suck. go watch some cartoons and smile! cartoons make people happy!
